This is the first time I have been able to connect to the internet since the airport. We do not have any connection at home, and we have been (as of yet) unable to find an internet cafe. I am typing this in a Library, and hoping I don't get attacked by the staff for abusing the intarweb's rules.
Japan has been great so far, it snowed on the second night, and that was really beautiful. Walking around Tokyo covered in white was...wow.
My Canadian and American flat mates are really nice, and Thad (the American) lived here a fews ago for quite some time, so he has become our unofficial guide. Stan knows some Japanese (about two year's worth of study, so I'm the official know-nothinｇ。
Anyways, my knees are getting sore (have to kneel to type this), so I will go now. Will definitely upload images, and the long post that I have written on my laptop. I will also email everyone who has been nice enough to email me, and even some of those who haven't :-).
Will write again (hopefull) soon.
